About Dr. Speizer , D.C., C.C.S.P.
Dr. Richard N. Speizer is a Chiropractor who specializes with muscular skeletal problems including lower back pain, headaches and neck pain. He also works with personal injury cases such as auto and work related accidents. He attended Syracuse University, and Life Chiropractic College where he received his degree in 1987. He has been practicing in the Atlanta area for fifteen years.
He recently worked with the Joffrey, Bolshoi, and Rotaru Ballets, the ATP Tennis Tour, Reebok Aerobic Championship, Pizza Hut Racquetball Championship, and Bud Lite Jet Ski Championship. During the 1996 Olympics, he worked with the track teams from Botswana, Uganda, and Namibia. He is a member of the Academy of Sports Medicine, The Georgia Chiropractic Association Sports Council, The Federation Internationale' De Chiropractique' Sportive, The ACA Council for Sports Injuries and Physical Fitness, and received the American Chiropractic Association's Distinguished Service Award in 1994. He was the Official Chiropractor for the NFL Players Association, The Atlanta Attack, and the Atlanta Magic Professional Soccer teams.
Dr. Speizer is the Founder and President of the Chiropractic Council for the Performing Arts, and has worked with Broadway shows such as: N.Y.'s Radio City Music Rockettes, Cats, Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, 42nd Street, Guys & Dolls, La Cage aux Folles, Crazy for You, A Chorus Line, Hair, Jesus Christ Superstar, Annie, Rent, Movin Out and many more.
